The Lifetime Warranty we offer covers the installation and workmanship of any gate built or installed by . Any gate provided by others would be considered materials and would be covered under their specific manufacturer warranty. This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty is non-transferable and lasts as long as you own your home.
What is Covered
- Workmanship Defects — Improper fabrication or installation.
- Material Defects — Manufacturers may offer a warranty. Ask your sales representative for details.
What is Not Covered?
- Natural aging of wood — cupping/warping, checking, knot holes, twisting, and splitting.
- Defects allowed by selected grade of wood — knots, holes, wane, splits.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unusual physical stress or modification of the product.
- Damage caused by shifting soil/terrain.
- Items not covered in manufacturer's warranty. Ask your sales representative for details.
- Acts of omissions of other trades.
- Lightning, high winds with peak gusts of 55 mph or higher, or any other natural disaster.
